Don't worry.  I'm NOT gonna go Registry Entry Gunslinger Trigger Happy.  ;D
Pretty much most of the remaining Registry Entry issues look too complex and hieroglyphics-like.  ;D
I won't be able to decipher most of those.  I might ask y'all about some of them, but otherwise, it's likely most of the remaining ones will stay.

Final tip. When deleting a program, use that feature in CCleaner rather than Microsoft's Add/Delete. It does a better job. Even then, some programs can only be totally deleted from their "creators" uninstaller or manually in the Register.
