Avast finds a trojan in a picture on a forum - possible FP?

Sicer nisem ravno strokovnjak vendar mislim,da gre za FP(ne me dr┼żat za besedo. :D)

Hello,
actually the file has .jpg extension, but it's not an jpg image inside -- there is Html page with obfuscated Javasript -- no FP. See attached images.
