Another stand-alone scanner - Virus Hammer

My malware fighters,

Just might be handy to close the vulnerability gap to scan with a stand-alone open software scanner, like ClamWin and this standalone online version of Vrus Hammer.
I worked it in Firefox from here: http://www.openantivirus.org/virushammer.php

You need this to work it from within your browser: http://java.sun.com/cgi-bin/javawebstart-platform.sh?  If that says OK you are ready to go...


But I just was informed that the project was abandoned, alas archaic, after the fact, good initiative but too late http://www.fogarasi.com/oav/
