Sorry to bother again, I am waiting for Nero to get back to me as they have a removal tool that I could not download. Anyways, Nero is under Program files, thought I had deleted it. Under Nero is this DrWeb, and the entries are from the file. This must be the process 32 that is stopping Avast scans.

just some entries. first time having all the files OK. avast sent me the manual, so hopefully i will not  bother any more. another question i was going to ask, was about having another antivirus program. i thought you could not have more then one. i had been keeping track of some other program names, i have read in the forums. i now have superantispyware, free edition as i read it does not cause conflict

thanks
