  • Malwarebtes Anti-Malware
  • SUPERAntiSpyware
  • Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool
  • Microsoft Security Essentials
  • hpHosts and MVPS HOSTS files
  • WinPatrol
To name a few.
