LOL hehe. Well i meant for dedicated submitters like Kobra who submit a lot of samples regulary. So he just enters keyword in subject field and your server recognizes this. Something like that...
I had to do some more brain work on this one,but today its just not the day for such work,at least for me right now

Hehe, I just sent in some kind of spyware-ish trojan sygate detected trying to connect to the net  

Even if they don't reply, its still better to help them out  

Avast owns....the only think I miss is the fact that I used to use application suite AVs, so I was used to real-time spyware protection as well....but what's spybot and AdAware for, not to mention I use firefox and don't get much spyware
