eicar does not detect it on online in xubuntu. xp is detected.
On xubuntu, I downloaded eicar to one's PC and saved it. eicar was detected afterwards when I did a virus check in avast.
However, it is not detected when I download eicar from the site. xp is detected in a download from the site. In xp, I am using security software of @nifty.
