What would help is what you have done and any errors you have experienced ?
If you managed to complete the process, but didn't receive the email ?

You could also try the SSL Registration Page: https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG. Select the My registration key has expired, I need a new one option and complete the form.

No problem, looks like your other address may have an anti-spam filter on it.

Welcome to the forums.

Yields a 404 error page not found.

I have just tried https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG and that works for me.

The web site has very recently been completely updates with a view to avast! version 5.0 and I believe they have also introduced some sort of localisation, where it tries to land you at the most appropriate language section. So I don't know if that might be what is happening here.

Try just the https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php link (for avast 4) that doesn't have any reference to lang=ENG English.

If you have another email address to try you could just try the normal registration page, http://www.avast.com/registration-free-antivirus.php. This is for registering avast 5 though
