Script Blocker Pop up Window?

Everytime are start my IE  I see a Window from Avast that says Script Blocker. Is there a way I could stop that from showing with out turning off Script Blocking?

Hey Gate,
     It's radicalb21. First let me welcome you to the forum. What you need to do is right click on the avast icon in the system tray and select ON ACCESS PROTECTION CONTROL. Then click the details button. Then select the script blocking module. Then click the customize button. Then select the advanced tab.  Then uncheck show splash screen on startup. Then you will not see the splash screen any more. Hope this helps you.
