Just tried to add my location to Member Map but was advised not permitted.
Advice please.

It appears to have been successful as that is what places the Country and Flag in the profile info to the left of your posts.

Really? I thought you set the country in the settings and it gave you the flag...

It may also be that you don't have 20 posts yet, the antispam feature of the forum...

I don't recall it has been such a long time since I played with it (having full profile rights it is hard to recall what areas are allowed).

I thought that you couldn't change your profile, so I wonder how the Country and Flag were there. Unless Ian Mc1 was able to set it when he first signed up or there would be no flag and country to the left of his posts.
