[ Confused new to pc's and Avast found I had Win 32 Trojano-141 had probs moving it, what harm does this trojan do? any help would be grateful for, thank you???b][/b]

You're quite welcome but google deserves most of the praise.
I simply did a search and picked the link which seemed to have the most info. :)

CORRECTION:
This answer, referres to your mother board problem.   The info for the virus problem is simply a referral to a post made by Technical.
