I installed Avast Home Free 5 a few days ago after using the removal tool to remove 4.8 and almost immediately I started getting frozen pages and frozen computer. I had to completely remove it and go back to 4.8. I have read of others having this problem and was wondering if it had been resolved or if someone had any suggestions.
Using Avast 4.8 up to date definitions
Windows Vista 32
Firefox browser (latest version)
