Have already turned off the Java updates...

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.

...That means I should always continue trying to solve the problem of the Java updating...

If you do not really need Java then you can uninstall it - I have no Java on my system and I have no problems with any programmes or the net
