This must be a false positive

F:\System Volume Information\_restore{02A43D27-4EDA-4D34-B765-E78F15554DDD}\RP48\A0069098.com

I have bought a new PC today.I have now 6hours my pc and Avast says that there is a virus

Not nesessary. Tell us the virus name and we might be able to help you. You can also try turning off System restore to delete it.

Not necessarily, is the F: drive a backup HDD or just a partition on your main HDD? Did you bring it from your old system?

This is to do with system restore, disable system restore on drive F: and reboot, check again but that should clear it. Enable system restore on drive F: if clear and reboot.

It would be nice if you could let us know what the virus was.

The virusname is vice family.And it is from systemrestore.I had making this systemrestore

Well, I'm a little surprised by a .com file on WinXP (is it WinXP, right?) ... that doesn't seem very usual to me.
