question about my virus chest

i installed 5.0.377 on top of 4.8 not problems at all except for an email glitch. but my quarantined files are no longer there. are they on my system now or were they deleted?

the files that used to be there were zumie.exe and a rogue antivirus here is a pic of my quarantine currently

hello,      avast 5 is a totally new build so when you installed over avasr 4.8 it would of automatically deleted all viruses in chest and any previous installation files ;).......

You should also do a manual Program update from the avast Maintenance, Update section of the UI as the latest program version is 5.0.396.
