Avast Pro Problem

I am having problems with my 5.0.396. Script Shield and Behavior Shield do nothing. Sandbox does not work in IE or Firefox. If I install over 5.0.396 with the same version will my license(paid) still be there or what would I have to do?

this is an upgrade problem, you will have to uninstall and make a clean install
