Being that Avast 5.0 caused some trouble for me I have been using Spybot's resident protection. I plan the switch back soon, but for now I did a quick scan and these Poped up

After seeing this I did a full scan, it did not find anymore problems. Now I don't know what would have these large names such as "87ca3845-37fe-414c-81cf-e08a7d0f6779". And the only new programs I have installed are google' internet broswer and a copy of MS paint(Mine was deleted some how). Now these Broswer Helper Objects I don't know how they go there, being that it didn't detect any files just the Registry. Is this major problem orcould these just be cookies or something?
