Recently, after the auto update has completed, I get the following Warning in the Avast Event Log:
AAVM - scanning warning: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx [UNI]: C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\19a9653596495d8cab421861506fea1f\BIT16E.tmp (C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\19a9653596495d8cab421861506fea1f\BIT16E.tmp) returning error, 00000026.
And the accompanying Error, both ID 90:
AAVM - scanning error: x_AavmCheckFileDirectEx: avfilesScanReal of C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\19a9653596495d8cab421861506fea1f\BIT16E.tmp failed, 00000026.
This started on Feb 11th and occurs after the Blue confirmation box has appeared indicating a succesfull update?
Any comments please?
