I've received the message that I must reregister Avast, and Avast then attempts to download the setupeng.exe file. There have been many attempts but the download always times out after maybe a half to a full hour (dialup speed). In the meantime there are messages such as, "Connection terminated, retrying," and "There was an error while com;eting the setup process." I've tried turning off the MS firewall, but that hasn't helped.
Any ideas?
