About my old serial?

I am using avast 4.8 now!I have a serial of it!I change it to v5.0.Why my serial cann`t be activated?

Goto http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php  and follow steps.
You MUST use the email with which you bought your original license.

I push "Resend license" button. Next page (http://67.228.147.162/resend-license.php) is empty.

What do you mean by "empty page". Just everything blank, nothing?
I get the same page as on avast.com/resend-license.php.

Open the page, and type your details and press ( Resend License ) ...
and see what's the result ... blank page ...

I never had a 4.8 Pro license.
