Every test succeeded. Maybe it is a random problem.

I'm sorry that didn' t solve your problem.  :(

I have downloaded memtest and in two passes, it has detected one error :'(

So it must be the RAM, but it seems to be a random problem.

I have disabled Bank Interleave in the BIOS and memtest has not found any error in two passes, but I'm not sure if this will be enough or I'll have to change some RAM modules.

Most RAM vendors give lifetime warranty so you should probably be able to get a free replacement...

This may not apply to your country (I don't know).

I've had also random reboots., and minidump problems.  I did a memory diagnostic (memtest86) and i found my memory  KINGSTON VALUERAM 256MB 400MHZ very unstable with a lot of errors.  So I called a technical helpdesk and they gave me the next tip : Move your memory from slot 1 to slot 3.
I've no problems anymore and a stable system !  Maybe this tip will help some people.
 ;)

Another tip:

When using memtest86, disable usb support in the bios. On some systems memtest86 is not working/gives wrong info when it is enabled.

Does someone have a bad file that's trying to download on page 1 of this post?

When I try to read the first page of this post the status bar shows it's trying to download a picture that never makes it.

Status bar shows this.
