the basic reason of avast not blocking XP Antivirus 2010 trojan is that its afeected the internal database management system of it,so reinstalling the full orignal version may fix it.

This should be something that antivirus software should be able to catch.

My basic problem is that the actions it takes appear to be the same everytime and HIGHLY unlikely that
an end user is performing all those actions in a rapid sequence.

I have a friend that is using your software, paid money all that good stuff and still got hit with this.

Best advice I can give everyone is to use restore points and set regular intervals (once an hour or maybe even 30 minutes)
and try and keep the antivirus software up to date. Although the antivirus software it does not seem to help ..at all.

We ended up doing a system restore with my friends computer this morning and everything is back to normal
