License purchase. Need advice

My client has 8 desktops, 2003 SBS server and a 2003 terminal server in one office.  3 Desktops in a remote office.
The 3 remote desktops connect via terminal services as well as use the desktops for that office as well.
Protection needed.

1 sbs suite with 11 desktops licences, and one standard server license for the terminal server?  Do i need server license for the terminal server?

Any help is appreciated.

If you want to protect your terminal server for viruses then yes, you need the server license for that server.

the rest sounds ok to me
