hi all !!!

i'm rather new to this forum, but like many other users out there, i would like to help others with problems concerning our avast...!!!

i experienced a common problem: only few members post their system os/config/etc.

please do post these infos, so people, who want to help don't have to post the question bout your os etc. over and over again!!! thank you all!

sorry to all the evangelists, who maybe posted same or similar msgs... (maybe a admin could post a msg sticky on that !??!)

Hi, not at all inappropriate even if the General Topics group might be a better home for it.

I (and most others) agree with you about supplying as much system info as possible to save time and trouble with assistance.  Probably the simplest way to do this, as you'll often see recommended by old-timers here, is to put the info in your signature as many of us do, that way you don't even have to think about it.  Just remember to update the sig if you make significant changes to what's on your computer.

!!!about sig!!! - as i for myself experienced - as 4 now you have 2 post 20+ msgs only 2 b allowed 2 change/add/create your sig...
