just noticed that when opening the interface, IGMP and Multicast rules are being duplicated... I got two instances of each at the moment. I think this happened after I added a rule, IGMP and Multicast being the last rules in the list (can't tell if the order matters there), they're added again after my new rule.

even modifying the already entered by default packet rules seems impossible, if you change just that, for instance switch one from allow to block, reopen the interface a bit later and it's been automatically switched back to how it was, in this case allow
