actual not solved yet
the request probably wasn't made, the OA flag didn't come up because OA was turned off, so goes direct into Restart. But didn't I just send a command to AvastSvc to schedule a bootscan? Yes I did.
It does on one computer but I set learn mode there. I think if I keep it on learn for a while.
The problem if it is such is that its strange to send a command to avast and then watch it go through to the desktop without a boot scan. but in every other sense problem solved.
