I brought the product but I din't recieve the lisence number

I brought the product just now and I only got one email with the recipe information and it says I was supposed to get a second one with the information of the product, but I got nothing, what do I do?

same thing happened to me....AVAST, please do something....any ways to retrieve the License key/file?

when you bought it the confirmation page normally has a link to download your lic key. its not something you get by itself. you will get a email from digital river with a link that is normally good for 7 days to click and download the lic file.

yes...i know....it happened that after the confirmation page, the site shows "Error in generating ur license key". But my payment confirmed and i got the invoice....

The only mail I got was the one with my recipe and in that mail it said I should be getting a second one at the same time with the instructions of my purchase, but I din't get that, I looked on my account and everything and it says: "status of delivery: unknown"

Tried contacting costumer support and no go, what kind of rip off is this? how do I get a refund?
