Avast sandbox does not work

Is there a need to use avast sand box?
How does it work? How can it be emptied?
Does the same way as http://www.sandboxie.com/

I do not act in a sandbox avast, red border is not visible.

Sometimes you need to boot to get the red border. Some applications, due to its windows management, aren't corrected bordered.
Sandbox is emptied when you close the application and on booting.

What's the problem when I open Firefox avast sandbox, so this site will open a small box, and it can not modify.
