Hi,

all Win32:*Mod detection, detect anomaly between legal files from compiler, and modification typically for malware. This file was compiled with Borland Delphi, but registry key "SOFTWARE\Borland\Delphi\RTL" is missing. We can put this file to white list, but better way is say to programmer to don't do this modification...
