MBAM IP protection blocked avast forum's topic. why??Any meticulous objects there? any idea about this ??? ???

Why, you need to check who the IP address that is being blocked to see why.

Many images get posted in topics and it may be the source that it objects to. Given that the posters country is China it may be objecting to a .cn domain location.

Aside from the very large screenshots tell us nothing, that your opening didn't either, being a dial-up user, I don't really like having to open large screenshots to gather information only to find there is no information in them, is a pain.

The images (or the place that they are hosted)  fall in an ip range known for malware distribution and browser exploits, so it has probably been blocked...

Which is a bit pointless using this kind of area weapon when you should be using a sniper as the IP effectively relates to a Chinese ISP, see below. So you are almost certain to get some incidence of malware being in that IP range. Apply the same sort of IP range checking for any large ISP and you are bound to find some incidences of malware in the IP range, but I don't see that blocked.
