Windows 7 Service pack 1
« on: March 20, 2010, 12:55:37 AM »
Microsoft has announced details of Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Windows 7 SP1 will include only minor updates - most of which have already been delivered through Windows Update - along with an updated Remote Desktop client that takes advantage of RemoteFX. There is currently no indication of the official release date for SP1.

@Harman

I wished Windows 7 SP1 would have USB 3.0 support. There was many reports on the internet about this. But now it is confirmed that SP 1 will be only a minor update

I believe the term used was that it will be a relatively small update provided auto updates have always been on.  :)
