I just downloaded Avast Home Edition (Build - Jun2004 4.1.418) and got the program registered too. But the "Scheduel Boot Time Scan" menu is dimmed. My office colleagues who use older versions has this enabled. Any suggestions?

Boot time scan is only available for NT systems (windows 2000, XP).

It's a Windows NT based feature. So, only systems higher than NT (2k, XP...) could handle it. It's not an avast limitation but Windows
