Please note that Spam Inspector™ is only available for the Microsoft Windows™ 98, 2000, ME, NT and XP operating systems.
It is supported by Outlook(MS), Outlook Express, Web based Hotmail, Eudora and Incredimail.
Spam Inspector supports your email client but does not affect your browser. I am puzzled at your question.
I have not used Spam Inspector, but I believe that only the installation is necessary. It should not affect the manner or the way in which you send or receive email.
It works automatically once installed but does have some options in configuration.
