No Service from Company.

 ;D  I put a message here about wqnting to purchase a upgrade.  Go 2 resonses, one did not give any info.  the other told me to ask a friend or go to the library to pay and download, neither is a viable alternative.

I want to talk with someone at the company befor I buy.  That is the way things are done in the US of A. 
I tryed calling the Co. no answering machine.  Told me to call back later.   I have two computers that are down.   There is no email site to them unless I have already purchased program from them.
These 2 computers never gave any indcation from AVAST about infection and I have run the scan twice  and they say there are no infected files.   How can this be ? It seems the only people that could have infected my computers  know AVAST's  codes,    a insider ???
Since AVAST  does not seem to want my business  I will look elseware.

Would advise  that you get nothing for free--even at AVAST.
