Could avast establish a submission system on webpage?

I have sent some suspicious files to avast through email or virus chest,but receive no reply,how could i know the status of these files?
could avast establish a submission system like avira?

You will not get a reply, unless Alwill wants to know more.
But they sure will look at the files and if needed add detection to the vps.
