Spampal - Avast - Outlook

I am new to Avast, and I would like som help to how to set ut SpamPal / Avast / Outlook.
I dont manage to get all tree working togheder.
I'm using XP home / Outlook 2003
Anyone ?

Avast does not need any special account changes for Outlook 2003. Just set Outlook account for SpamPal.
