does that thing even work? It hasnt scanned a single thing on my pc, which im not worried about because i know my pc is clean. But i thought id test it out on a Virtual Machine and got it infected, i let avast 5 run for a couple days and didnt detect a single thing.
Im not even sure if it searched anywhere...
So are there ways to make it more effective, or it just a dud?
