avast!5 'Internet Connection Sharing mode' in Firewall Policies not working

I need to get my server to allow internet access to other computers.

I added my other network subnet IP and Mask inside the Packet Rules (under Firewall Setting > Expert Setting > Policies > Packet Rules ....)

Do I also need to add my ISP DNS Server and Gateway there, would not think so,   not too sure.

My setup works fine if disabling firewall all together.

PS: OS win xp pro x64 w/ 2003 patches
