HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!! AUXILIO ALGUIEN QUE HABLE EN ESPAÑOL REPONDA POR FAVOR SI TIENEN ALGUNA FORMA PARA QUE PUEDA SACAR EL VIRUS """"""""Win32/Frethog""""""""" DE MI ORDENADOR 
La versión de Avast que tengo no lo detecta

I suggest:

1. Clean your temporary files.
2. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on. If avast does not detect it, you can try DrWeb CureIT! instead.
3. Use MBAM (or SUPERantispyware or even Spyware Terminator) to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete them.
4. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
5. Make a HijackThis log to post here or this analysis site. Or even submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
6. Clean your Hosts file (replacing it) with HostsMan tool.
7. Disable System Restore and then reenable it again.
8. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster.
9. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

Esta es la traducción de la sugerencia que te da Tech.

I suggest:

1. Limpia tus archivos temporales (puedes usar ccleaner)
2.-Programa un escaneo programado para el inicio con avast usa la opción escaneo de archivos, si avast no lo detecta usa Dr.Web CureIT en lugar de Avast(sigue los links de Tech)
3.-Usa Malawarebytes o Super Antispyware para escanear en busqueda de espías y trojanos. Si hay alguna detección, es mejor enviarlos a cuarentena que borrarlos.
4.-Usa alguna software para detectar rootkits, sugerio Avast antirootit o el de TrenMicro que se llama Rootkitbuster
5.-Elabora un log de Hijackthis y pegalo aquí
6.-Limpia tu archivo de hosts (reemplazalo con HostMan.
7.-Deshabilita los archivos de restauración y vuelvelos a habilitar (no le hayo sentido a esto, solo estoy traduciendo)
8.-Inmuniza tu sistema con SpywareBlaster
9.-Checa si tienes aplicaciones inseguras con Secunia Sortware Inspector.
