Anybody know a free tool to save youtube-videos to disk and convert them to mpeg?  ???

That's very nice, with a little piece of javascript code we actually can download a video already converted. Nice trick.

Does not work ??? What problem are you experiencing?

And here is I what found in the video description

The javascript trick still works but now you would need to go to another site to get the download link
