Hi

I have spent well the whole afternoon trying to get a solution so I can install my mailed license key after updating to version 5. I tried to browse on the topics here at the forum but after adding avast support to my address book and still no avastic. file arrived, I am hoping that someone can help me with a different solution.

I am running Windows 7 Home premium 32 bit.

im a new member dont know where to post my problem......

tried all standard procedures like turning off self defense etc, but results in same problem error cannot connect to server, note that the proxy address and port number are correctly given. i used 4.8 pro before i did not face a problem like this before, as the update was available i updated avast pro 4.8 to avast pro 5. i don't know what the problem.....is!!!! plz help the windows security center reminds me that anti virus is out of date and i cant update it.................................
