Gaming Problem (Stutter)

So i use to have avast the free version and the online game i played never had this stutter problem, and since i bought avast internet security , the pay for version, i'm having the stutter problem,
very similar to this

i've try everything i could think of but nothing is working,
if anybody has any suggestions (other than uninstalling Avast ) i'll be more than happy to try them,

Just a quick update,
 
i uninstalled Avast ( the one you have to pay for ) and by doing that it solved the stutter problem.... now the question is,,, whats causing avast to give the game the stutter problem,..
i really like avast, i really don't want to have to get another anti virus/spam software ( as im sure Avast wouldn't want to lose a paying customer) , so if i can get some help as to why this has happened it would be greatly appreciated,

While I can not help you since I do not play on-line games.
I can say that avast does not interfere with any of my off-line games.

I hope you are not playing on-line games without some kind of protection
as it will not be very long at all before your computer will be infected.

Hopefully, someone else will be able to help you.
