question about startup scan
« on: April 12, 2010, 06:54:00 PM »
I have avast home 4.8, and after I installed the program there was an option to perform a startup scan.

After that I have never seen that option again. Is it only available after first install, or can it be used again? And how?

Thanks a lot! I had no idea about avast 5, because I downloaded 4.8 from a dutch site and I don't think that any info about 5 was there. I just installed it. Thanks again!

Be careful when you download from a different site.
Is better if you download of the official page  ;)

You can download avast 5 from here
http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download

And you can select what language you want too!!   ;D

Lots of people don't trust CNET, you can also DL Avast 5 from
File Hippo, which is safe.
