I Can't Modify My Profile

The section that is supposed to exist to modify ones profile doesn't exist in my profile area.

Is the board broken?

I also noticed that IE8 despite remembering the password makes me sign in again each time I visit.

Firefox is fine.

Hi,

You will not be able to edit your profile until you have attained 20 posts...It is an antispam feature of the forum...

Unfortunately the legitimate users of the forum suffer as a result.
