Freezing when Browsing Neowin Forums

Goto Browse www.neowin.net forums with Avast 5.0.507, even tried with Webshield disabled still froze-unable to browse that area, tested with Desktop 2 whom is still running MSE, and that worked fine.

Is there a way to solve that without removing Avast 5.0.507? 

I even tried with webshield and Behavior shield disabled

Any help is appreciated

I don't think avast! is causing your problem.  I just tried your link and choose to look at the forums.  All of the links I tried in the forums were fine.  No freeze ups.  I tried it with the latest version of Firefox.  I'm using avast! 5.0.507 and Windows XP SP3. 

Can you tell us what OS you're using and what, if any, other security software might be installed.

Windows Vista 32bit SP2
Only use IE 8.0
Only Other security software
Windows Defender that's built in Vista
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Single core 2.20ghz
4gbs of ram
Nvidia 8600gT Video card
Maxtor Main hard drive 160gb
Western Digital 500Gb Slave Serial ata both drives



Previously before Deciding to use Avast 5.0.507 full time, did have MSE in here, but did remove it fully i do believe



Freezes on this PC
Fine on other Vista PC also using IE 8.0 and same security software
XP SP3 machine with IE 8.0, and Mcafee--works fine on

So not sure why it freezes on this PC with Avast in, and all that, when all the machines use mostly the same software, except 2..but may move those to Avast soon as well



But this one it locks up, have to restart Internet Explorer 8.0

I don't like firefox, only use IE 8.0 on 6 PC's

(Clean install of Vista 32bit) about say 2-3 weeks ago
