My PC is infected with the kindal worm. Symantec (useless) detects it but cant remove it. What can i do? Please help.

Did you try to delete the Virus in Safe Mode? Even Norton should be able to delete it than.

Or start the PC in safe mode and delete following Registry value: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
SysService32 = <Windows>\systask32l.exe

restart and let Norton clean the rest.

BTW: Where did you get it from? Kazaa or Email? Is your Emailclient up to date(if it is Outlook(express)).
