can't install vps update

Hai ...avast user....
i need help
i'm avast 5 free antivirus user. i have problem with install vps update...
there is error message while  i update vps

"can't install vps update. please report following errorcodes:
ver : 5.0.462
SI:0x00000002
ST:0xFFFFFFFE
LE:0X00000000"

i already registered 3 week ago...
please help me.....

First you should update avast to the latest version, which is 5.0.507.
