Since you haven't mentioned your OS, I'm presuming that you are using XP.

for what Flash Drive Disinfector is used.

and i cannot able to download that software from that link.

Download it from here.  BTW, make Google your friend.

Judging from the description, it seems to replace autorun.inf.
Quote
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden file named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don’t delete this folder. It will help protect your drives from future infection.

In case it doesn't work, try to delete autorun.inf.
1. Double-click "My Computer" on the desktop.
2. Select "Tools" - "Folder Options".
3. When the "Folder Options" multi-tabbed dialog box appears, select the "View" tab.
4. Scroll down to "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" and check or uncheck the box as desired.
5. Underneath "Hidden files and folders", check the desired radio button to show or not show these items.
6. Click "OK" to close the dialog box.

From the Start Menu,  run "cmd", without quote
cd g:
attrib -hs autorun.inf
attrib -r autorun.inf
del autorun.inf
