Amount of the AV definitions is going down?
« on: September 10, 2010, 01:18:14 AM »
Hello everyone, it is my first post here and i might be a bit to paranoid about it...but i noticed something weird with the update for the AV definitions in Avast 5 free.

A few days ago the definitions where a bit over 2.600.000, but right now it is only 2.291.984? That is a very large drop in the database in my opinion. I do not know what is going on so i thought i ask here.

*Avast info:
