The reason i need to do it is because i got a "Autorun.inf" that keeps jumping to our memory sticks (flash Drives) and then i cannot format it until i restart my pc, after i pull it out and plug it back in the damn thing is back on

Not really, I was interested in the file attributes (system / hidden / read-only) of the file.
But it doesn't matter... I've fixed some problems, so it should be OK in the next virus database update. (It shouldn't affect many users anyway, because having this parameter there is quite rare.)
